Up the stairs ...

Yes thats right Lucas can make it all the way up our stairs now. He goes pretty quick for someone so small too. Here is a video of him climbing. it's not that great because I have to try and make sure he doesn't fall as well as film it but you can get the general idea

All over the place

Lucas is getting around very well now. He loves to try and climb all over the plce this is just a lil video of him climbing on the end table down stairs.

9 months!!!

Lucas is 9 months today. he is doing great but his mouth is sore, he is still teething!!! I thought after the eighth tooth we would get a break for a bit. Other than the fussiness from that things are good. He had his 9 mo. check up two days ago and he is still in the 97th percentile all the way around. Lucas measured in at 25lbs 2oz and 30 1/4 inches tall. The doctor was impressed with how much he was talking. He has pretty much given up baby food, he wants to feed him self so he eats a lot of fruits, veggies, and chicken. He has even eaten of the kids menu at a couple restaurants. he is very mobile now and can even get up the bottom step of our stairs. He loves his dogs very much and is constantly slapping the floor and calling to them "do, dog dog" along with dog, lucas can also say mama, dada, kick, and has now successfully said tater (for aunt taylor) 3 times. He is a big time lover, he just loves giving hugs. Pretty much every time i go out to eat with him the waitresses want to hold him. and lucas just soaks it up hugging and cooing away.
